1 kg (2.20 lb) - Fish Roe 3 tbsp - Mottagro® Extra Virgin Olive Oil 200 gr (0.44 lb) - Onions 2 tbsp - Parsley 2 tbsp - Coarse Salt

HOW TO DO
Sauce: Chop the onions, the parsley and mix with the oil. Fish Roe: Pass coarse salt across the fish roe. Take to the grill over medium heat. Roast until the skin start to crispy (about 15 minutes) turning in the meantime. Remove from the oven, chop into pieces and mix with the sauce. It is perfect accompanied by a fresh white wine.
